Public sessions run from 3rd - 7th August.

Penguins Swimming Lessons, West Sussex,  is a friendly, well-established swimschool, nurturing swimmers of all ages, backgrounds and levels to gain a skill, and a love, for life.

The Swim Safe site is situated on the green to the west of The Perch cafe and Eco gym.

Parking for 200 cars (pay and display). This car park does get very busy so please arrive in plenty of time just in case you need to find alternative parking.

Closest Bus stop is Brighton Road serviced by the following busses - 700 Coastliner & N700 Coastliner

No private changing facilities, public toilets 50m away if private changing is required.

Wetsuits are provided but if you want to bring your own you may - parents are responsible for changing their children into/out of wetsuits. Some wet shoes will be provided as the beach is rocky at low tide. We would, however, encourage participants to bring their own / or an old pair of trainers to wear in the water to ensure fit.

Parents need to remain on site during their child's session and are encouraged to listen to dry land activities and safety messages so knowledge can be shared and reinforced with the children. If your child needs to leave the water during the water skills session, to visit the toilet or for any other reason, for reasons of safety they will not be allowed back into that session.
